Boyle & Co was established in South Kensington in 1974 with the objective of providing a high quality
range of services to suit the needs of private clients.

Our former property management department now operates as a separate and completely
independent entity.

We now concentrate on the specialist area of Leasehold Reform valuations and negotiations. We
also provide valuations for a wide range of purposes together with expert reports and court
attendances where necessary.

All of our clients deal directly with the Directors who are assisted by a small team of professional and
support staff. In addition to our private clients we act for foreign governments, charities and trusts,
banks, building societies, public and private companies and local government.
