We carry out valuations of residential and commercial properties for all purposes, including purchase, sale, loan security, probate, tax and litigation. We provide property investment advice and will seek and negotiate purchases.

We commonly deal with rent reviews, lease renewals, expert witness reports, Court attendances and many other aspects of general practice.

Leasehold Enfranchisement Valuations and Negotiations

Leasehold reform legislation has, in recent years, afforded to many lessees the opportunity of buying their own freeholds or of extending their leases. We undertake valuations and negotiations for this purpose.
